Through my work, I aim to inspire others to rethink their relationship with food and to envision a future where our food systems contribute positively to both our health and our environment.
As a theater maker and performer, I aspire to spark imagination and build brief, intimate relationships with people. For me, the worlds of performance and food are interchangeable. At the risk of sounding highbrow, I find my favorite form of theater in visiting restaurants, and I believe there is nothing more nourishing than a good play. This blending of performance and culinary experiences drives my creative practice, aiming to bring wonder and connection into everyday interactions with food.
